DFS30 3D Scanning System
Three-axis curved surface and large-format dynamic focusing scanning system are the core components of laser 3D machining. Dynamic focusing system compensates defocusing error in real time, which overcomes the problems of spherical focusing surface, nonuniformity of focusing spot and inability to process 3D solid surface caused by the increase of scanning range and optical path difference of traditional 2D scanning system. The PSI dynamic axis module has high speed and high resolution, which can reach 0.1μm, reaching the highest level in the industry, and can meet various applications such as high-precision curved surface marking, deep engraving and large format marking.
