The Trimming Series

The trimming series is mainly used in applications with high precision but not high speed. Under F=160 field lens, the positioning accuracy is less than 1 μ m, and the scanning straightness is less than 1 μ m. Typical applications: laser resistance adjustment, PCB drilling, etc.

Ultra High Precision Series

Ultra-precision series is suitable for applications with high precision requirements.

Cost-effective Series

The most cost-effective products in PSI series are mainly used for applications with low cost and low performance requirements. Typical applications: conventional marking, scribing, cutting, cleaning, etc.
