Resistance adjustment series
PSH14ART

The PSH14ART 2D scanning head is designed for laser processing applications demanding ultra-high precision. It delivers performance with linear straightness error below ±0.5 μm and line spacing error below ±1 μm, ideal for high-precision laser trimming and similar processes.

  • High Positioning Accuracy: Micron-level positioning for precision machining

  • Excellent Straightness: Smooth travel path with sharp edges

  • Low Thermal Drift: Superior thermal stability and minimal recalibration

Application Fields

The PSH14ART 2D scanning head is applicable to a wide range of fields, including precision machining, laser cutting, laser additive manufacturing (3D printing), high-speed and high-precision laser marking, laser trimming, silver paste etching, solar wafer scribing and scientific research.
