Resistance adjustment series
PSH14RT

The PSH14RT 2D scanning head is a galvanometer specifically developed for laser trimming applications. It is suitable for trimming scenarios where the linear straightness error is less than ±1.5 μm and the line spacing error is less than ±1.5 μm.

  • Compact Size: Space-saving structure for easy installation

  • Light Weight: Lightweight design to reduce load

  • High Speed: Fast response for improved efficiency

  • Cost-Effective: Reliable performance with cost control

Application Fields

The PSH14RT 2D scanning head is widely applied in precision machining, laser cutting, laser additive manufacturing (3D printing), high-speed and high-precision laser marking, laser trimming, silver paste etching, solar wafer scribing, scientific research and many other fields.
